Terms & Conditions for Red Africa Safaris

By clicking the submit button, you confirm that you have read and fully understand the contents of Red Africa Safaris’ Terms & Conditions. You agree to be bound by them of your own free will. These Terms & Conditions will bind you personally and extend to your heirs, executors, administrators, students, minors, and anyone accompanying you.

Indemnity Form

Each individual in the group must complete an Indemnity form after being picked up by the Tour guide of RED AFRICA Safaris and before the Tour commences.

African Safari Booking

Once we receive your Booking Form, we will check the availability of the requested date. If available, we will confirm your African Safari Booking with a unique reference number. If the date is unavailable, we will offer alternative dates.

National Parks and Reserves where we operate are very popular and book up quickly. We recommend paying the deposit as soon as possible to secure your desired booking date.

Reservation and Payment

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking. Please email proof of payment to RED Africa Safaris using the unique reference number we provide. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the Safari Tour.

If the reservation is made within 30 days of departure, the full amount is due at the time of confirmation.

• Any information that you submit to RED AFRICA Safaris is deemed confidential.
• We will never, share any contact or other information provided to us by any client, potential client or any other person who submits information to RED AFRICA Safaris either via direct e-mail or via our website.
